Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Sniperate ("we", "us", "our") operates the sniperate.com website and platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered freight shipping management platform.
By using Sniperate, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. We use magic link authentication — we do not collect or store passwords.
Product Catalog Data
You may upload product information including SKU identifiers, product dimensions, weights, HS codes, and unit costs. This data is used to generate accurate freight quote requests.
Freight Forwarder Contacts
You provide contact details for your freight forwarders, including company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. These details are used by the AI agent to request and manage quotes on your behalf.
Shipment Information
We collect shipment details you provide, including origin and destination addresses, cargo specifications, shipping mode preferences, and target dates.
Email Content
The platform sends quote request emails to forwarders on your behalf and receives their replies. We store the content of both outbound and inbound emails to manage the quoting process and maintain a record of communications.
Chat Messages
When you interact with the AI agent through the in-platform chat, we store those conversations to provide context-aware assistance and improve the agent's responses for your shipments.
Usage and Billing Data
We track feature usage, AI token consumption, and credit balances to operate our billing system and improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate and maintain your account on the platform
- Send freight quote requests to your designated forwarders
- Receive, parse, and compare forwarder quote replies
- Generate quote comparisons and savings recommendations
- Facilitate post-booking communication between you and your forwarder
- Power the AI agent chat for shipment-related questions
- Process billing and manage your credit balance
- Send you platform notifications and service-related emails
- Improve and develop new features for the platform
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
We do not use your information for advertising purposes and we do not sell your data to third parties.
3. AI Processing and Data
Sniperate uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to provide core platform functionality including:
- Parsing freight quotes from forwarder emails
- Classifying and routing inbound emails
- Generating quote comparisons and recommendations
- Powering the AI agent chat
- Mapping product catalog data during import
To perform these functions, relevant portions of your data (such as email content, shipment details, and product information) are sent to the Anthropic API for processing.
Anthropic does not use data sent via their API to train their AI models. Data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy and API data usage policy.
We do not use your data to train any AI models. Your business data remains yours.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:

Outbound and inbound email processing. Resend handles the sending and receiving of emails between the platform and your forwarders. See Resend Privacy Policy.
Vercel
Application hosting and deployment. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.
6. Data Retention
